If you believe everything written about electronica, you'd think it traced its ancestry directly to Kraftwerk. But there was a time during the latter half of the '70s when another branch grew from the tree--electronic pop music. Think Gary Numan, Yazoo, and the wondrous M, whose "Pop Muzik" was--and still is--a sublime single. Komputer, at least, haven't forgotten those halcyon days. In fact, they're the basis of this entire album which wears pop music unashamedly on its sleeve, mixing it at times with the instrumental romanticism of Orbital ("Looking Down on London"), and nods toward other movements, present and past, in the genre. But mostly, this is about some songs, glorious like "Valentina" or downright silly (like "Bill Gates"). The World of Tomorrow is more like yesterday's world today, but still thoroughly entertaining.

Pocket PC
Pocket PC is a computer that can use mobile and located in your pocket ,An operating environment for handheld computers from Microsoft, based on the Windows CE operating system. In 2000, Microsoft introduced the Pocket PC platform which includes a combination of Windows CE Version 3.0, an enhanced user interface, Pocket Office applications (Internet Explorer, Word and Excel), handwriting recognition, an e-book reader, wireless Internet and longer battery life. The Pocket PC was designed to compete more directly with the popular Palm devices. The Pocket PC is part of the Windows Mobile platform, which also includes a version for cellphones (see Smartphone). Tablet PC
Tablet PC is a wireless personal computer (PC) that allows a user to take notes using natural handwriting with a stylus or digital pen on a touch screen. A tablet PC is similar in size and thickness to a yellow paper notepad and is intended to function as the user's primary personal computer as well as a note-taking device. Tablet PCs generally have two formats, a convertible model with an integrated keyboard and display that rotates 180 degrees and can be folded down over the keyboard -- or a slate style, with a removable keyboard. The user's handwritten notes, which can be edited and revised, can also be indexed and searched or shared via e-mail or cell phone.
